About
Sea & Solace Psychiatry is a telehealth psychiatric practice dedicated to helping adults find calm, clarity, and renewed strength. Founded and led by Amy Disla, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, the practice offers compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and burnout. Every visit is designed to be unhurried, private, and deeply human, a space where you are heard without judgment and treated as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
Our care is built for busy professionals, caregivers, students, and anyone who has felt overlooked by a rushed healthcare system. Whether you are seeking an initial psychiatric evaluation, medication management, or ongoing support, Amy takes the time to understand your story and craft a personalized plan that fits your life. Appointments are delivered entirely through secure telehealth, making it easier to begin and stay consistent with care.
Amy Disla is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience. She built Sea & Solace Psychiatry on the belief that healing happens when mind and body are tended together, with patience, privacy, and genuine presence. The practice currently serves patients located in Florida and Washington.
